Got a good deal on Mail+ trial

I signed up for the Mail+ digital subscription trial a few weeks ago. It was pretty easy to get going. I liked being able to read the paper on my tablet without all the clutter. It's good to try it out before committing, you know? Overall, a decent experience.

Mail+ always delivers

This isn't my first time getting the Mail+ digital subscription, and honestly, they're always consistent. I signed up for the annual membership again, and it was just as straightforward as last year. Easy access to all the articles, puzzles, and the archive. It's why I keep coming back, can't complain about the reliability.

Smooth subscription setup

I decided to try out the MailOnline ad-free access, and the whole process was pretty smooth. I found the student discount option easily during checkout, which was a nice bonus. The website was simple to navigate when I signed up. Delivery isn't really a factor here since it's digital, but the instant access worked perfectly. I contacted customer support through their online form about an account question, and they got back to me within a day, which was efficient. The quality of the content is what I expected, and it's nice not seeing all those ads pop up. It does what it says on the tin, really helped me focus on the news without distractions.

Loved my new plants!

I ordered some garden plants last week and they arrived super fast! They were packed really well and are already looking great in my garden. I'm definitely going to shop here again for more plants soon. So happy with my purchase!

Thinking of getting the Mail+ subscription but kinda tight on cash. Anyone know if there's usually a free trial or something to test it out?

D Danielle Moore 1 month ago
Yeah, they almost always have a free trial. I got a month free when I signed up last year, so keep an eye out for that on their site.

They do! And sometimes there's like a 50% off for the first year if you commit. Just check the main subscription page, usually, it's pretty clear.

Want to try the digital edition but worried it's just the same as the free online stuff. Is there actually extra content or is it just ad-free?

R Richard 4 days ago
It's more than just ad-free. You get the daily puzzles and access to a bunch of the magazines like You and Weekend. Plus the full digital paper, which is different from just browsing MailOnline.

H Hannah Robinson 1 day ago
Nah, it's not just ad-free. You get the full newspaper layout, plus exclusive articles and all the magazine content. It's a proper digital version of the print paper, not just the website.

If I get a coupon code for the Mail Shop, where do you even put it in? Is it before checkout or after I've put in my card details?

L Leah 2 weeks ago
It's usually during the checkout process, before you finalize the payment. There'll be a little box for 'promo code' or 'voucher code'.

R Robert 1 week ago
Yeah, you'll see a field for it when you're going through the steps to buy. Just paste it in there and it'll apply.

Are there ever any big sales for their subscriptions, like Black Friday or something similar? Don't want to sign up now if there's a better deal coming.

O Olivia G. 4 weeks ago
Oh yeah, Black Friday and New Year's are usually when they drop good subscription deals. Definitely worth waiting if you're not in a rush.

A Ashley Parker 4 weeks ago
They often do special offers around those times, like Black Friday is a big one for subscriptions across the board. You might snag a better annual rate if you hold out.

Thinking of switching from The Sun. How does the Daily Mail compare in terms of news coverage, especially for political stuff?

A Amanda Mitchell 1 month ago
It's definitely different. More focused on mainstream news and a bit more conservative leaning than The Sun, if that's what you're asking. Less tabloid-y, generally.

I'd say it's more in-depth than The Sun, less sensationalist. Still covers celeb stuff but also has more serious political commentary. Depends what you're looking for though, it's not The Guardian either.
